You will be required to provide information about your length of experience as a real estate professional, familiarity with your geographic coverage area, and your chosen product coverage.
All members of our broker/agent panel MUST meet the following requirements:
For all Valuation Products (a) you must be licensed in the state where the asset is located as of the date of the valuation report, and (b) acknowledge at order acceptance your competency for the area.
If you’re selected to join our panel, you must agree to specific communication requirements, turn‐time requirements, conduct during the inspection of the property, quality standards, our disciplinary policy, our non‐influence agreement, our conflict of interest agreement, and our confidentiality agreement.
